About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Scrum Master to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. As part of a large-scale program to upgrade our security practices, particularly in the area of ​​Identity and Access Management (IAM), our team is looking for someone to contribute to the execution of our roadmap, which consists of numerous large-scale and high-profile cross-functional projects.

What you'll do here:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)

• Assist the team in defining delivery objectives and ensuring their achievement

• Promote and support the use of agile practices within the team

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure proper backlog management and prioritization

• Identify and remove obstacles that could hinder the team's progress

• Ensure transparency and visibility of team progress through regular reporting

• Foster a collaborative and trusting work environment

• Encourage continuous improvement within the team

What you bring to the table:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master Agile certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)

• Proven ability to guide and support agile teams to achieve ambitious project goals

• In-depth knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban principles and methodologies

• Demonstrated ability to engage diverse stakeholders, beyond security teams, in IAM project deliveries

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and constantly changing environment

• Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM/IAM) is an asset

• Problem-solving and negotiation skills

• Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field Certification Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)

• Practical experience with Agile project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)

• Proven experience delivering large, complex projects

• For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.

• No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
