SUMMARY 

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Salesforce Business Analyst to join our IT Productivity Solutions team. You will serve as a first point of contact with Salesforce users while also working closely with business leaders on strategic initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Supports users through daily operational support, such as troubleshooting problems, answering system related questions, and providing train-the-trainer training as needed.

· Manage enhancement requests and priorities

· Manage the configuration, security administration, system updates, and overall functionality of the system including production and non-production environments

· Work closely with operations teams to understand business processes, goals, gaps, and opportunities for system enhancements.

· Lead or support the implementation of additional Salesforce modules or functionality

· Perform ongoing process improvement in working closely with the business stakeholders.

· Review requirements, analyse needs and perform recommendations on design, testing and deployment of new functionalities.

· Updates and maintains system documentation

REQUIREMENTS

· 5 years of experience in a Salesforce Business Analyst or administrator role

· Sandbox development and deployment to production

· Experience in end-to-end testing

· Data Loader for Salesforce

· Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder certifications is an asset

· Strong knowledge about all Salesforce components and development functionalities

· Knowledge of quote to cash business processes

· Experience in technical design

· Great communication skills
