We are looking for a motivated, dynamic, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Representative, responsible for developing our English-speaking and French-speaking clientele. You will have the opportunity to work in an exciting, high-performing, and constantly evolving environment, while using your administrative skills to support the team in achieving its objectives and ensuring accuracy in logistical management.

Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for this position in order to communicate with precision and clarity in a professional setting.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (one Saturday out of every 3)

(These hours may change depending on operational needs.)

We need a representative available in the evenings, as our clients are often more responsive during those times. Our planned weekday evening openings (Wednesday and Friday), along with operations every Saturday, reinforce the importance of this position.


ProfilRole and Responsibilities​
  • Contact incoming leads to assess their needs and provide them with information about our products or services.
  • Closely monitor the progress of each sale, from the first point of contact to the final contract signing.
  • Coordinate vehicle deliveries to customers upon possession, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Actively participate in sales events such as trade shows, open houses, etc., to promote our offers and connect with new potential clients.
  • Effectively use the company CRM system to record and track all customer interactions, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up for each prospect and client.
  • Work closely with members of the sales team to maximize business opportunities and achieve set objectives.
  • Prepare binders for project launches.
  • Handle all forms of documentation related to sales (collecting information, completing forms, filing documents, mailing items, etc.).
  • Perform any other required administrative tasks.

The selected candidate will work closely with the sales team, acting as key support and working hand in hand with the Sales Manager. If you are organized, autonomous, and able to manage a variety of tasks, this position is for you.
