We're seeking a highly competitive Sales Representative to drive new accounts and manage client experiences within our Summits Division. As a crucial team member, you'll engage in prospecting, email campaigns, outbound calls, and creating enticing outreach strategies. This unique role allows you to work closely with a Sales Mentor, offering a competitive salary structure that includes a guaranteed base salary while rewarding your results. A successful candidate will participate in a hands-on mentorship program to attain their first promotion within 5 months. This is an in-person role located in our Downtown Montreal office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research and data analysis.

  • Lead proactive prospecting endeavours.

  • Develop, refine, and launch strategic email campaigns.

  • Assess existing client relationships for further growth opportunities.

  • Set and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly goals and KPIs.

  • Execute 100 daily outbound dials (cold and warm calls).

  • Foster innovative strategies to enhance daily operations and outcomes.

  • Adhere to our established sales process.

  • Articulate our business model with professionalism and clarity.

  • Embrace mistakes as invaluable learning opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Proficiency in both written and verbal English.

  • Fundamental grasp of sales principles.

  • Prior experience in devising and executing strategic marketing email campaigns is advantageous.

  • Proven track record of exceeding goals.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal finesse.

  • Customer-centric approach with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Friendly, confident, and engaging demeanour.

  • Basic administrative proficiency.

  • Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits
