Own the commercial strategy for Behaviour’s intellectual property portfolio across product launches and lifecycles. Manage promotions, pricing, visibility, distribution channels, and partner relationships to achieve revenue targets. Lead gaming technology partnership deals from opportunity identification through negotiation, execution, and measurement. Analyze sales and industry data, create executive presentations, collaborate cross-functionally, shape promotional materials, and mentor junior team members.
We're looking for a Sales & Partnerships Manager to take ownership of the commercial strategy behind Behaviour’s IP portfolio.
You'll be the strategist in the room when it comes to first party product launches and lifecycles, price promotions, visibility placements and the dealmaker behind our gaming brand partnerships. In this role you will :
- Own the sales & partnerships playbook for our IPs (pre-launch, launch, and post-launch) with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
- Build direct relationships with key external partners and negotiate best visibility, placement and promotional windows.
- Track title performance and call the shots on promotions, skus creation and local pricing strategy, regional adjustments, and promo strategy to hit revenue targets.
- Shape the creative direction of promotional and sales materials, keeping visuals and commercial goals perfectly in sync.
- Lead distribution channel strategy and partner management efforts, identifying growth opportunities and executing initiatives that consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Lead gaming tech partnership deals start to finish, identifying unique opportunities, scoping, negotiating, executing, and measuring results.
- Mentor junior teammates and help set the standard for how great sales strategy and partnerships work gets done.
What we're looking for :
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in sales, partnerships, or platform/account management.
- Strong command of Excel and data analysis, with experience creating reports, and interpreting data to drive strategic recommendations.
- A numbers-driven mindset, comfortable digging into industry metrics, sales data and analytics to understand how a product is truly performing and what's driving revenue.
- Strong presentation skills, with experience building executive-ready presentations and influencing decision-making across multiple functions, including Marketing, Product, Community, and Data Analytics.
- A natural networker who builds meaningful partnerships, collaborates cross-functionally, and communicates with clarity and confidence.
- Knowledge of the gaming industry is a plus.
Dans ce rôle, tu devras :
- Prendre en charge le plan de match des ventes et partenariats pour nos PI (pré-lancement, lancement et post-lancement) avec un haut niveau d'autonomie et de responsabilité;
- Bâtir des relations directes avec des partenaires externes clés et négocier les meilleures fenêtres de visibilité, de placement et de promotion;
- Suivre la performance des titres et prendre les décisions clés en matière de promotions, de création de SKU et de stratégie de prix locale, d'ajustements régionaux et de stratégie promotionnelle afin d'atteindre les objectifs de revenus;
- Définir l'orientation créative du matériel promotionnel et de vente, en assurant une parfaite cohérence entre les visuels et les objectifs commerciaux;
- Piloter la stratégie des canaux de distribution et la gestion des partenaires, en identifiant les opportunités de croissance et en mettant en œuvre des initiatives qui atteignent ou dépassent constamment les objectifs de revenus;
- Diriger les ententes de partenariats technologiques dans le domaine du jeu vidéo de bout en bout, en identifiant des opportunités uniques, et en assurant le cadrage, la négociation, l'exécution et la mesure des résultats;
- Encadrer les membres juniors de l'équipe et contribuer à établir la norme d'excellence en matière de stratégie de vente et de partenariats.
Ce que nous recherchons :
- Minimum de 7 ans d'expérience pertinente en vente, partenariats ou gestion de plateformes/comptes;
- Excellente maîtrise d'Excel et de l'analyse de données, avec de l'expérience dans la création de rapports et l'interprétation de données pour orienter des recommandations stratégiques;
- Un esprit orienté vers les chiffres, à l'aise avec l'analyse des indicateurs de l'industrie, des données de vente et des analytics afin de comprendre la performance réelle d'un produit et ce qui génère les revenus;
- De solides compétences en présentation, avec de l'expérience dans la création de présentations destinées à la haute direction et dans l'influence de la prise de décision auprès de plusieurs fonctions, notamment le Marketing, le Produit, la Communauté et l'Analytique de données;
- Un·e bâtisseur·eusede relations naturel·le, capable de créer des partenariats significatifs, de collaborer de façon transversale et de communiquer avec clarté et confiance;
- Une connaissance de l'industrie du jeu vidéo est un atout.
