Servicing Canadian IT professionals and their business customers since 2005, ITCloud is an authorized Canadian Distributor for Microsoft, Acronis, Bitdefender, AvePoint, BitTitan, and NinjaOne. Through our partner channel, we provision Canadian businesses with the most powerful corporate cloud solutions for continuity, cybersecurity and productivity. Highly skilled on both the technical and business sides, our team provides our partner-resellers with technical, sales, marketing and administrative enablement so they can build successful businesses using our simple but powerful fully-automated cloud marketplace.

About you:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team while developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of ITCloud sales strategies, tactics, and programs.
  • Hire, develop, and mentor sales team members, emphasizing skills such as IT channel management, forecasting, prospecting, and negotiation, while maintaining accountability for individual and team goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to both recruit new channel partners to the ITCloud organization and to support existing partners with new growth strategies.
  • Attend and fully participate in recurring meetings (e.g. weekly, monthly, 1:1 sessions, etc.) with ITCloud team as required
  • Lead and expand Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in Canadian market through strategic IT channel partnerships.
  • Evaluate sales activities and forecasts to assess progress and pinpoint areas for improvement, implementing strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Uphold and exemplify AppDirect’s core values by recruiting culturally aligned team members and leading by example.
  • Play a key role in complex negotiations and closing new business, utilizing senior sales and corporate executives as needed to optimize outcomes.
  • Collaborate with each Account Executive to craft and execute business and sales plans aimed at meeting or surpassing sales targets.
  • Identify and support training and professional development opportunities for the sales team, fostering growth in cloud solution expertise.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using our Hubspot CRM tool.
  • Work closely with vendors such as Microsoft, Acronis, Bitdefender, and AvePoint to promote solutions in the IT Cloud portfolio.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, executing tasks with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, IT, or a related technical field from an accredited college or university.
  • Bilingual in both English and French
  • 10+ years of management experience, particularly in selling software and/or cloud computing solutions through IT channels in Canada.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of generating revenue and consistently exceeding quotas by effectively managing the sales process, from identifying leads to closing deals.
  • Expertise in developing and executing effective business, sales, and IT channel strategies.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close complex contracts within the cloud computing sector.
  • Creative and strategic thinker, with a talent for driving business growth through innovative cloud solutions.
