- Lead the development of propositions and sales collateral, including playbooks and success stories that showcase Capco’s strengths
- Support ongoing development of core enablement tools and training, including the development and testing of GenAI prompts and Agents to support the sales lifecycle
- Partner with Marketing, Finance, Legal and other internal teams to enhance pursuit outcomes and ensure a joined-up sales process

- Ability to engage senior leaders and subject matter experts to translate solutions into compelling visual stories that resonate with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
- Strong understanding of the sales process and client buying cycles, especially for high-value, consultative sales
- Previous client-facing or delivery experience - able to empathise with client challenges, ask the right questions, shape solutions and assess delivery approaches and risk
- A strategic thinker who can translate business goals into actionable enablement programmes
- Exceptional communicator and storyteller with proven ability to collaborate across a matrix environment and influence senior stakeholders
- Confidence in helping shape and challenge solution approaches in a collaborative, constructive way
Bonus Points For
