About the Role: We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) - also known internally as an Admissions Coordinator to help us scale our impact by speaking directly with prospective students.

You’ll be the first human touchpoint in our admissions process, following up with inbound leads (from ads, webinars, and organic content), qualifying their interest, and booking them into calls with our senior program advisors.



Requirements
This role is perfect for someone who:
  • Thrives on authentic conversations and helping people make bold career moves

  • Is proactive, persuasive, and purpose-driven

  • Loves sales but hates sleazy tactics

  • Wants to grow into high-ticket sales, coaching, or marketing in the future

What You’ll Do:

  • Reach out to warm leads via email, SMS, and DMs (no cold calls)

  • Qualify prospective students using a proven script and criteria

  • Book calls into our calendar and ensure leads show up

  • Manage follow-ups and nurture unready leads until they’re ready

  • Use Zoho CRM and other tools to track activity and performance

You’ll Succeed in This Role If You:

  • Are a strong communicator (spoken and written)

  • Have experience in outbound or inbound sales, customer support, or admissions

  • Know how to handle objections, listen deeply, and build rapport fast

  • Are organized, self-motivated, and don’t need someone watching you to perform

  • Are comfortable working remote and hitting daily/weekly KPIs
