We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you will be on the front lines of our revenue engine—identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. You’ll play a critical role in building our sales pipeline and creating strong first impressions with prospective clients.

This role is ideal for someone who is curious, resilient, and excited about launching or accelerating a career in tech sales.

Scope of tasks:

  • Identify and research prospective customers through outbound and inbound channels
  • Conduct outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other platforms to generate interest
  • Qualify leads based on ideal customer profiles and business needs
  • Schedule discovery meetings and product demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (HubSpot)
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to optimize messaging and campaigns
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and meeting-setting targets
  • Learn and effectively communicate our product value proposition and use cases

Requirements
  • Experience in SaaS/ B2B tech sales essential, Localisation/ Translation experience preferred 
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, or business development roles
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Fluent in English and French 
  • Comfort with outbound prospecting and handling objections
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills
  • Coachable mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms is a plus
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN, Challenger)
  • Prior experience working with startups or high-growth companies
