At Hive, we’re all about creating moments that matter and helping event marketers connect with their biggest fans. Live events bring people together, and our industry-leading platform makes it easier than ever for promoters to build strong, lasting connections with their audiences. Our mission is simple: to help live events grow.
The RoleWe’re looking for a strategic, analytical, and systems-minded Revenue Operations Manager to build and scale our RevOps function. Reporting to the VP of Revenue, as Hive's first dedicated RevOps hire, you’ll define how we connect the dots across our entire revenue engine from Marketing and Sales to Onboarding, Customer Success, and Support.
You'll work cross-functionally to design scalable processes, enforce data hygiene, improve system integrations, and unlock actionable insights. While sales operations will be part of the role, we’re especially looking for someone who brings deep marketing operations experience, strong HubSpot chops, and an ability to strategically challenge GTM decisions using data.
If you’re excited about vertical SaaS, building from the ground up, and shaping how a company scales from 0 → 1 in RevOps maturity, we’d love to hear from you.
