Technical Program Manager, Revenue Operations (Clay )About the Job

As the founding Technical Program Manager for Go Nimbly's growing Clay practice, you'll lead the way in helping modern RevOps teams leverage Clay for data enrichment, prospecting, and GTM automation. You'll ensure successful delivery across our Partner Services engagements while building the foundation for scalable Clay solutions.

Working closely with Go Nimbly's Delivery Leadership and Clay and RevOps architecture experts, the Clay partnerships team, and client stakeholders, you'll transform GTM needs into clear, actionable outcomes. Beyond project delivery, you'll develop Clay-specific packages, refine delivery methodology, and drive internal enablement—directly contributing to scaling both our practice and our partnership with Clay.

In this role, you'll be a versatile leader: part project manager, strategic advisor, customer advocate, and operational lead. You'll guide clients through Clay implementation and optimization while collaborating with Go Nimbly leadership to expand our market presence and partnership impact.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers to implement and scale RevOps solutions with Clay

    • Build and nurture strong relationships with client-side RevOps, Marketing, and Sales teams.

    • Offer guidance on GTM workflows, enrichment strategy, and automation opportunities using tools like Clay.

    • Define and maintain strategic roadmaps that align Clay usage with broader revenue goals and operational maturity.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Go Nimbly consultants to ensure solution quality and consistent delivery.

    • Own project timelines, scope, and deliverables from kickoff through go-live, ensuring clear communication and seamless execution.

    • Lead the implementation and integration of Clay with systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Clearbit, Apollo, and others.

    • Identify blockers and proactively mitigate risks related to data integrity, system integrations, or automation logic.

  • Work directly with Go Nimbly leadership to support and expand the strategic partnership with Clay.

    • Co-develop Go Nimbly’s Clay packages and delivery methodology to ensure repeatability, scalability, and impact.

    • Build relationships with strategic teams at Clay to stay aligned on roadmap developments, surface joint opportunities, and ensure strong collaboration.

    • Stay up to date on Clay product developments and partner with technical teams at Go Nimbly and Clay to align on best practices and explore new use cases.

    • Support internal enablement efforts by sharing best practices and technical know-how around Clay and related GTM tools.

What’s in it for you?
  • Fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling.

  • Tiered incentive program (on top of base pay) for high performance.

  • The chance to work with leading-edge tools like Clay and help shape how companies scale modern GTM functions.

  • Career development opportunities in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

  • Annual team offsite to connect, collaborate, and celebrate wins.

  • Exposure to high-growth companies and advanced RevOps strategy.

About You
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project or program management—preferably in consulting, SaaS, or GTM operations.

  • Strong understanding of GTM strategies and workflows across SDR, AE, AM, and CSM teams.

  • Experience implementing and supporting Clay or similar data enrichment/prospecting automation tools. (Deep expertise with Clay is a bonus, but general experience with the use cases Clay solves for is more important than knowledge of Clay specifically.)

  • Familiar with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing/sales tool integrations.

  • Able to manage project scope, budget, and stakeholder alignment with confidence.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Postman, Workato, and basic data modeling or API workflows.

About us

  • We pride ourselves in creating the world’s best revenue operators at Go Nimbly!

  • We are positive people who have a sense of urgency, creativity, and decisiveness coupled with the willingness to work hard and well under pressure.

  • We care about self betterment and believe in pushing each other to reach our fullest abilities.

  • We are ambassadors of Go Nimbly and actively engage within the Revenue Operations space.
