Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success Operations professionals to contribute to an AI training project focused on real-world SaaS revenue systems, workflows, and operational decision-making.

The role is highly practical and best suited to people who have personally configured and maintained CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, worked with connected revenue tools, managed data quality, and designed scalable workflows used by Sales and Customer Success teams. No previous AI experience is required.

CONTRACT: Part-time/hourly contractor assignment

LOCATIONS: Remote, GLOBAL

HOURLY RATE: $40-$80/h

Responsibilities

  • Configure and optimize CRM systems to support evolving sales, revenue, and customer success processes.
  • Design and document scalable operational workflows.
  • Work with connected revenue systems such as quoting, billing, ticketing, and project management tools.
  • Maintain data accuracy and consistency across interconnected systems.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies between CRM and adjacent platforms.
  • Evaluate operational policy conflicts and recommend practical solutions.
  • Produce clear documentation, reports, and process guidance.
  • Assess system usability and workflow adoption across Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Apply real-world operational judgment to AI training and evaluation tasks.

Requirements
  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Sales Ops, RevOps, or Customer Success Operations within a SaaS environment.
  • Direct responsibility for configuring and maintaining a CRM, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or a comparable platform.
  • Hands-on experience with at least two additional revenue or customer systems, such as CPQ/quoting, billing, ticketing, or project tracking tools.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS revenue and customer lifecycle workflows.
  • Experience maintaining data integrity across multiple connected systems.
  • Ability to design and implement scalable operational processes.
  • Experience driving adoption of new workflows or systems across Sales or CS teams.
  • Strong written communication and process documentation skills.
