Introduction: As a Renewal Operations Analyst at Go Gratia, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the customer renewal process. Your focus will be on ensuring timely renewals, driving customer retention, and minimizing churn. By collaborating with various teams and analyzing key data, you will help secure consistent revenue and strengthen client relationships. Are you ready to make an impact on our renewal operations?

Responsibilities:

Renewal Pipeline Management:

  • Monitor and maintain the renewal pipeline, ensuring timely tracking and visibility.
  • Proactively identify at-risk accounts and collaborate with account managers or customer success teams to resolve issues.
  • Forecast renewal rates and revenue, adjusting predictions based on pipeline changes.

 

Customer Communication & Engagement:

  • Develop and execute renewal reminder communications and engagement plans.
  • Partner with customer success and marketing teams to implement renewal outreach strategies, including email campaigns.


Customer Retention & Churn Analysis:

  • Analyze churn data to identify cancellation reasons and develop strategies to improve retention.
  • Conduct post-renewal analysis to identify trends in customer behavior across segments.
  • Leverage feedback to recommend improvements to the renewal process.


Forecasting & Budgeting:

  • Support renewal forecasting by analyzing historical data and upcoming pipeline changes.
  • Assist in setting renewal revenue targets and track performance against those goals.


Risk Mitigation & Escalation Management:

  • Identify high-risk accounts and escalate them for immediate action.
  • Develop strategies to address renewal risks, such as customer dissatisfaction or competition.


Compliance & Contract Management:

  • Track contract terms, pricing, and renewal dates to ensure accurate and timely renewals.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to address contract-related adjustments.
