Recruiter / Talent Partner (Kenya) – EOR & International Clients
BH Consulting is building a strong Employer of Record (EOR) and talent delivery function in Kenya, supporting international clients across Europe and beyond. We help companies hire, onboard, and manage exceptional talent in Kenya while ensuring compliance, strong employee experience, and true team integration.
We are looking for an experienced, well-connected Recruiter / Talent Partner who understands the Kenyan job market and is excited to help build this function from the ground up.
This is a part-time role (<40h/week) to start, with the opportunity to scale into a long-term, senior position as demand grows
Own end-to-end recruitment for client roles under our EOR offering
Partner with international clients to understand role requirements and hiring needs
Source candidates through LinkedIn outreach, referrals, networks, and local channels
Build and manage talent funnels and candidate pipelines
Conduct initial screening and first-round interviews
Support the design of role-specific assessments, tests, and interview processes
Help build and communicate the BH Consulting employer brand in Kenya
Advise on market insights: salary benchmarks, availability of skills, hiring timelines
Maintain clean recruitment data and pipelines (Zoho Recruit or similar ATS)
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in Kenya
- Strong understanding of the Kenyan job market (tech, ops, business, or professional roles)
- Proven experience with LinkedIn sourcing and outreach
- Comfortable working with international clients and stakeholders
- Experience running structured interviews and candidate assessments
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Experience with ATS tools (Zoho Recruit a plus, but not required)
