Relevant du chef de section, vous coordonnerez à partir de la salle de contrôle l’entrée et la distribution de l’énergie électrique à haute et moyenne tension de l’usine. Vous serez responsable de l’opération des redresseurs des deux séries de cuves selon les protocoles établis et collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes des opérations, les gestionnaires et les intervenants en santé et sécurité afin d’assurer la continuité, la fiabilité et la sécurité des opérations.

Responsabilités principales

  • Répartir adéquatement la puissance électrique disponible tout en respectant les limites des contrats d’alimentation.

  • Détecter les anomalies électriques, en identifier les causes lorsque possible et coordonner les actions correctives nécessaires.

  • Assurer la sécurité des travailleurs lors de la préparation et de l’exécution des plans de manœuvre, des permis de travail et des activités de cadenassage.

  • Minimiser l’impact des opérations de la sous-station afin de maintenir la continuité des activités de l’usine.

  • Communiquer efficacement avec les différents intervenants afin de favoriser une prise de décision rapide et éclairée.

  • Assurer l’exploitation sécuritaire de la sous-station en maintenant en tout temps les deux réseaux d’alimentation électrique (HQ et SCHM) séparés.

Ce que vous apportez au rôle

  • DEP en électricité, DEC en technologie de l’électronique industrielle ou formation équivalente.

  • Certificat de qualification de compagnon électricien (Licence C) Obligatoire

  • Bonne maîtrise des logiciels de la suite Microsoft Office.

  • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome dans un environnement isolé de salle de contrôle.

  • Excellentes habiletés de communication et capacité à gérer efficacement les situations de stress.

  • Débrouillardise, rigueur et aptitude à analyser les problèmes afin d’identifier des solutions efficaces.

  • Engagement démontré envers les pratiques de travail sécuritaires et la prévention des risques en milieu industriel

Conditions de travail

  • Poste sur horaire rotatif de 12 heures jour/nuit (midi/minuit : 4 jours de travail, 4 jours de congé, 4 nuits de travail, 8 jours de congé).
