We’re hiring for our Data Quality and Governance Solutions team, which designs and delivers master and reference data management (MDM/RDM) solutions for Desjardins Group’s business sectors. As part of this dynamic team, you serve as a quality assurance analyst, working primarily with the EBX platform and Java-based tools. You help carry out strategic initiatives for Desjardins Group and its members, including the digital transformation, by implementing data management solutions that are key to Desjardins’s mission. You demonstrate how your ideas could be beneficial to the various areas of expertise within a cooperative financial group. You’ll work with diverse business and IT teams. You’ll propose and defend innovative, modern solutions to help Desjardins speed up the digitalization of its business operations. You use an agile-at-scale approach and adhere to SAFe methodology. More specifically, you will be required to :
Take charge of the quality strategy from the design stage
Act as a coach to instill quality best practices within the development team throughout the development process, eliminating hand-offs between roles and reducing silos and wait times
Ensure that the team adopts best practices and processes adapted to their reality, aligned with their experience and maturity in a continuous-improvement environment
Promote solution quality and testability during preliminary technical and functional analyses required for planning
Serve as a change expert and agent for the unit or sector when quality is a priority
Take proactive action to continuously improve software quality tools and processes and ensure proper follow-up
Develop and maintain quality strategies
Develop verification and validation processes for software quality
Ensure the documentation, maintenance and reuse of test cases, test plans and prerequisites
Ensure the implementation and maintenance of an automation solution for validation and verification processes
Help develop manual and automated test artifacts (scripts and libraries)
Make sure that manual and automated tests are carried out and interpret the results
Identify, isolate and track anomalies throughout development and ensure they are resolved, from identifying the root cause to implementing a permanent solution

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of six years of relevant experience
