Project Delivery and Governance

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of SaaS implementation projects for safety, health, and quality management applications.
  • Track and report on key delivery KPIs including CSAT and NPS to measure implementation quality and client satisfaction.

  • Keep clients informed proactively, especially around any changes to scope, schedule, or the delivery plan.

Tools and Reporting

  • Use Microsoft Project to build and manage detailed project schedules and track dependencies.
  • Use Excel for tracking budgets, resource allocation, status dashboards, and delivery metrics.
  • Maintain accurate project records in Salesforce, including engagement status, key dates, and client communications.

Requirements
  • At least 5-8 years of experience as a Project Manager delivering SaaS implementations, ideally within EHSQ, safety, quality, or compliance-related software.
  • Experience tracking and driving key client success metrics such as CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) and NPS (Net Promoter Score) within SaaS implementation or related engagements.
  • Comfortable leading cross-functional teams such as consultants, architects, developers, etc. Your strength is in coordination, governance, and keeping things moving.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce for project tracking and engagement management.
  • Good communication skills and comfort leading client-facing calls as well as presenting to senior team members.
  • Available to work 30 hours per week across North American time zones (Eastern, Central, and Pacific).

Nice-to-Have

  • Based in or familiar with the Canada ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated track record of maintaining high CSAT and NPS scores across implementation projects.
  • Experience with EHSQ or EHS management platforms.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Familiarity with implementation methodologies for enterprise SaaS products (agile, waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Exposure to industries such as manufacturing, construction, energy, chemical, or transportation.
