IT Project Manager – Flexible Hybrid Working/Ripon - Wolseley Group

As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading the successful delivery of complex business and IT projects from initiation through to implementation and closure.

  • Managing project plans, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies to ensure projects are delivered on time and to scope.

  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, providing clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Leading and motivating cross-functional project teams to achieve key milestones and business outcomes.

  • Producing project reporting and governance updates, ensuring adherence to Wolseley's project delivery framework and best practice.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

  • Experience working within a complex IT environment delivering a wide variety of IT requirements from 3rd Party Software to App Development and Infrastructure.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage and influence senior leaders.

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets and project risks simultaneously.

  • A collaborative leadership style with a passion for delivering successful outcomes through high-performing teams.
