Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate internal projects and resources, distribute workloads.
• Plan and facilitate various technical meetings, capture meeting minutes.
• Liaise with other departments and project managers to align timelines where applicable and monitor them.
• Follow-up with assigned resources, adjust priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
• Arrange and coordinate meetings and capture meeting minutes.
• Contribute to the improvement of existing processes.

Assistance to Management:
• Prepare documents, reports and presentations.
• Ensure weekly monitoring of time sheets, overtime and vacation scheduling for the employees of the Department.
• Assist with task assignment duties and distribution of workload

Qualifications

Job Expectations And Required Qualities:
• A College degree in information systems or equivalent.
• Advanced mastery of French and English, both oral and written.
• A minimum of 5-year relevant experience in project management or project coordination.
• Experience in software development projects are an important asset.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience in Confluence and Jira are considered assets.
• Certifications in PMP and ITIL are considered assets.
