Job Description SummaryThe Project Manager (PM) provides internal project management support to Senior Project Managers across the NAM GSI Behind the Meter (BTM) portfolio. Job DescriptionEssential ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & Coordination Support
  • Support Senior PMs in the development and follow-up of project execution plans, project milestones, and action plans.
  • Coordinate internal activities across engineering, factories, sourcing, quality, logistics, and site teams to ensure alignment with approved execution strategies.
  • Track action items, deliverables, and commitments, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
  • Support preparation and execution of internal project reviews, execution meetings, and readiness reviews.
Risk, Interface & Performance Follow-Up
  • Support identification, documentation, and follow-up of project risks and opportunities, ensuring mitigation actions are clearly defined and executed.
  • Monitor execution progress against agreed plans and flag deviations early to the Senior PM and Project Director.
  • Support development and follow-up of recovery actions for at-risk activities under direction of the Senior PM or Project Director.
  • Ensure cross-functional interfaces and dependencies are clearly identified and actively managed.
Financial & Commercial Support (Non-Owner)
  • Support tracking of project budgets, commitments, and actuals in coordination with the Project Controller.
  • Assist in preparation of EAC reviews, internal financial reporting, and management reviews.
  • Support documentation, data gathering, and internal alignment for variation orders, change management, and claims, without owning customer negotiations.
Cross-Functional, Factory & Site Coordination
  • Act as a key internal coordination point between project teams and factories to support manufacturing follow-up, FAT readiness, and delivery coordination.
  • Support resolution of execution issues related to engineering release, document approvals, NCR follow-up, logistics, and site readiness.
  • Ensure internal execution issues are escalated through the defined governance when required.
Process, Standardization & Continuous Improvement
  • Support consistent application of project management processes, tools, and operating rhythms across assigned projects.
  • Contribute to lessons learned, best practices, and standardization initiatives across the portfolio.
  • Promote disciplined documentation, reporting quality, and data integrity within project teams.
Customer & Stakeholder Interface
  • Limited direct customer interaction. Customer-facing ownership remains with the Senior PM and Project Director.
  • Participate in customer meetings or milestone reviews only when delegated, in a supporting role.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in project management or execution support roles within power, grid, or EPC environments.
  • Experience supporting projects involving factory-manufactured equipment and cross-functional teams.
  • Solid understanding of project execution processes, schedule, cost and risk management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and coordination skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach.

  • Appuyer la préparation et la tenue des revues internes de projet, des réunions d’exécution et des revues de préparation (readiness reviews).
Suivi des risques, des interfaces et de la performance
  • Soutenir l’identification, la documentation et le suivi des risques et opportunités du projet, en s’assurant que les mesures d’atténuation sont clairement définies et mises en œuvre.
  • Suivre l’avancement de l’exécution par rapport aux plans approuvés et signaler rapidement toute déviation au Senior PM et au directeur de projet.
  • Appuyer l’élaboration et le suivi des plans de redressement pour les activités à risque, sous la direction du Senior PM ou du directeur de projet.
  • S’assurer que les interfaces et dépendances interfonctionnelles sont clairement identifiées et gérées activement.
Soutien financier et commercial (sans rôle de propriétaire)
  • Soutenir le suivi des budgets de projet, des engagements et des coûts réels en collaboration avec le contrôleur de projet.
  • Participer à la préparation des revues EAC, des rapports financiers internes et des revues de gestion.
  • Appuyer la documentation, la collecte de données et l’alignement interne pour les ordres de changement, la gestion des changements et les réclamations, sans responsabilité des négociations avec le client.
Coordination interfonctionnelle, usine et chantier
  • Agir comme point de coordination interne clé entre les équipes de projet et les usines afin de soutenir le suivi de la fabrication, la préparation aux FAT et la coordination des livraisons.
  • Soutenir la résolution des enjeux d’exécution liés aux mises en plan d’ingénierie, aux approbations de documents, au suivi des NCR, à la logistique et à la préparation des chantiers.
  • S’assurer que les enjeux d’exécution internes sont escaladés selon la gouvernance établie lorsque requis.
Processus, standardisation et amélioration continue
  • Soutenir l’application cohérente des processus de gestion de projet, des outils et des cadences opérationnelles sur les projets assignés.
  • Contribuer aux leçons apprises, aux meilleures pratiques et aux initiatives de standardisation à l’échelle du portefeuille.
  • Promouvoir une documentation rigoureuse, la qualité des rapports et l’intégrité des données au sein des équipes de projet.
Interface client et parties prenantes
  • Interaction directe limitée avec les clients. La responsabilité côté client demeure avec le Senior PM et le directeur de projet.
  • Participer aux rencontres clients ou aux revues de jalons uniquement sur délégation, dans un rôle de soutien.
Qualifications / Exigences
  • Baccalauréat en ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe d’une université ou d’un collège accrédité.
  • Minimum de 5 à 8 ans d’expérience en gestion de projet ou en soutien à l’exécution de projets dans des environnements énergie, réseaux (grid) ou EPC.
  • Expérience de soutien à des projets impliquant des équipements fabriqués en usine et des équipes interfonctionnelles.
  • Bonne compréhension des processus d’exécution de projet, incluant la planification, les coûts et la gestion des risques.
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement dans une organisation matricielle avec de multiples parties prenantes.
  • Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles, analytiques et de coordination.
  • Approche proactive, collaborative et orientée vers les solutions.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $125,500.00 and $209,200.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
