Lead Lansweeper's global paid media strategy across search, display, programmatic, paid social, and video. Design full-funnel campaigns, manage budgets and experimentation, establish attribution and reporting, collaborate with PLG, product marketing, and agencies to drive measurable pipeline and optimize performance.
Context & Impact
We are looking for someone who wants to own something real. As Lansweeper's Paid Media Specialist, you will lead our global paid media strategy across every major channel, from search and programmatic to paid social and others. You will be the person who decides where we invest, how we measure it, and how we turn digital spend into predictable pipeline. This is a strategic individual contributor role with high visibility and genuine impact.
What You Will Own
You will have full ownership of our paid media function. That includes strategy, execution, measurement, and budget. Here is what that looks like in practice:
A note on complexity: Around 70% of paid leads currently convert via free trial CTAs. You will coordinate closely with our PLG team, who own the trial conversion strategy. You own the paid channel strategy and the pipeline it generates from non-trial CTAs. Tight alignment between these two functions is essential, and you will be the bridge.

What You Will Own
You will have full ownership of our paid media function. That includes strategy, execution, measurement, and budget. Here is what that looks like in practice:
- Build and own the global paid media strategy across search, display, programmatic, paid social, paid video, specific ABM, and software review platforms
- Translate business and marketing goals into full-funnel paid programs that generate qualified pipeline
- Define and manage global budget allocation, forecasting, and pacing across all channels
- Create an experimentation roadmap: channel testing, A/B frameworks (VWO), and structured learning cycles
- Help co-create performance measurement infrastructure: KPIs, dashboards, attribution models, and regular reporting
- Work closely with content, product marketing, campaign, and PLG teams to produce high-impact creative and messaging
- Manage relationships with agencies, platform partners, and external vendors
- Provide regular strategic recommendations to marketing leadership on spend efficiency, performance trends, and pipeline impact
A note on complexity: Around 70% of paid leads currently convert via free trial CTAs. You will coordinate closely with our PLG team, who own the trial conversion strategy. What We Are Looking For
Experience and Skills
- 6+ years in paid media, performance marketing, or digital strategy in a B2B environment, with SaaS experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Expert-level knowledge of SEA, paid social, programmatic buying, retargeting, and multi-channel orchestration
- Strong analytical mindset: you know how to define KPIs, build attribution models, and turn data into decisions
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing, and programmatic DSPs
- A master when it comes to analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio
- Experience managing significant budgets and optimizing for CPL, ROI, and pipeline contribution
- Strong working knowledge of AI tools and their practical application in a marketing context - including but not limited to campaign optimization, audience targeting, content generation, performance analysis, and workflow automation. You don't just use AI features passively; you build systems and processes around them to drive measurable efficiency and output.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot or similar CRM and marketing automation tools
- Experience working in a fast-scaling international marketing team
How You Think and Work
- You think at a strategic level and can connect daily decisions to long-term outcome
- You actively explore how AI tools can improve campaign efficiency, creative testing, and performance analysis - and you know how to separate the signal from the hype.
- You communicate clearly with both peers and senior leadership, and you know how to influence without authority
- You are organized, accountable, and calm under competing priorities
- You are genuinely curious about data and never satisfied with "good enough" when there is a better answer
- You challenge assumptions and bring a problem-solving mindset to everything you touch
What We Offer
- Competitive salary aligned to market benchmarks
- Benefits package adapted to your location
- Real career growth and a genuine learning culture
- Hybrid work model with minimum two days per week at a Lansweeper office
- A collaborative, international team across Europe and North America
