What you will do:
- Manage customer purchase orders through their lifecycle
- Secure and drive data quality to prepare for perfect invoicing
- Ensure orders are processed under IFRS15 and SOX compliance
- Confirm Customer Purchase Orders are registered appropriately and timely
- Perform tasks within defined procedures and guidelines, following general work instructions
- Create and update reports within SAP, utilizing Excel functions
- Perform order fulfilment and project structuring activities with understandings of multiple order flows
- Perform automation and simplification improvement work
- Navigate multiple financial tools and applications
The skills you bring:
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience within Order Management, SAP and Metronome
- Ability to support real-time customer needs in a professional and positive manner
- High level of interpersonal/relationship skills with the ability to communicate optimally with customers, colleagues and management
- Ability to learn and execute diverse tasks, coordinate and prioritize
- Team-player, proactive, committed to providing high-quality work to support our customers' needs.
- Coordinate with team to serve as backup when scheduling time off to ensure business continuity
- System application knowledge: MS Office, SAP and Metronome
