Role overview

As a Project Coordinator at Osedea, you help create the structure and consistency that allows projects to run smoothly. You support our delivery team by keeping plans up to date, coordinating information, following up on next steps, and helping teams stay organized and aligned.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detail, collaboration, and bringing order to fast-moving environments. You are proactive, dependable, and solutions-oriented. You like making sure nothing falls through the cracks, and you take pride in helping others do their best work.

You will work closely with Project Delivery Directors and multidisciplinary teams to support project execution across design, development, QA, and client communication.

Your key responsibilities

  • Support project planning, coordination, and follow-ups across multiple mandates

  • Help maintain project plans, timelines, meeting notes, action items, and documentation

  • Coordinate recurring project rituals and ensure stakeholders have the information they need

  • Track budgets, effort, progress, and delivery status, and flag risks or issues early

  • Help prepare client updates, internal reports, and project documentation

  • Support scope tracking and change management by keeping project information accurate and current

  • Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure priorities, dependencies, and next steps are clear

  • Follow up on blockers and help keep momentum across projects

  • Contribute to the improvement of internal delivery processes and templates

  • Support a positive and organized experience for both clients and internal teams

The ideal candidate

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, or a similar role

  • A software engineering degree or experience as a software engineer or software developer is a must. Experience with AI development is a plus. 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Able to manage multiple priorities and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable working with different types of stakeholders and expertise

  • Interested in digital product development and curious about how design and software teams work

  • Strong sense of ownership and follow-through

  • Experience with project tracking, documentation, and coordination tools

  • Experience in Agile environments is an asset
