Coordinate SaaS client implementations by configuring the platform functionally, managing project timelines and tickets, collaborating cross-functionally, delivering user training, creating documentation, and driving process improvements to ensure successful adoption.
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of client projects. Your primary focus will be to deeply understand how the platform works in order to configure solutions that meet client needs.
Over time, you will build strong expertise in the platform and its deployment, while gradually increasing your exposure to client interactions. The goal is for you to eventually manage your own projects end to end, while maintaining hands-on involvement in configuration.
