Join a small Agile team to develop full-stack features for a compliance automation platform. Work on front-end interfaces and automation flows (Form.io, Make.com), build and maintain microservices (C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework, REST APIs), improve UIs with React/TypeScript, manage PostgreSQL/MSSQL databases, write clean tested code, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Executive leader responsible for defining and executing Canada-wide health, safety and environment (HSE/SSE) strategy. Oversees regulatory compliance, contractor risk management, audits, governance and industry relations. Partners with Product, Sales, Marketing, Client Success and executive team to embed HSE into commercial objectives and leads a national HSE team to promote safety culture and continuous improvement.

Conduct detailed evaluations of contractor health and safety submissions against accreditation standards, accurately record evidence, communicate professionally in French and English by phone and email, perform scheduled follow-up calls, and ensure adherence to SafeContractor procedures.

Junior SaaS Implementation Specialist responsible for configuring the platform to client needs, coordinating projects end-to-end, managing tickets and requests, documenting processes, training users, and liaising with sales, product and tech teams. Requires strong communication, organization, and advanced English and French.
