Manage existing customer relationships, renewals, negotiations, escalations, and retention strategies. Use consultative selling and negotiation to understand customer needs, demonstrate solution value, and recommend tailored offerings. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue and engagement while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role requires bilingual French and English communication, account development and management experience, CRM proficiency, and a demonstrated record of customer retention success.

Support quality by performing manual and automated testing, creating and maintaining test cases/scripts, validating APIs and integrations, tracking defects, and contributing to CI/CD test automation efforts while collaborating with developers and product teams.

Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and BI platform; build, train and validate predictive ML models; extract and manipulate data from varied sources; deliver BI applications and client support; produce monthly performance reports and recommend visualization/reporting improvements to leadership.

Executive leader responsible for defining and executing Canada-wide health, safety and environment (HSE/SSE) strategy. Oversees regulatory compliance, contractor risk management, audits, governance and industry relations. Partners with Product, Sales, Marketing, Client Success and executive team to embed HSE into commercial objectives and leads a national HSE team to promote safety culture and continuous improvement.

Conduct detailed evaluations of contractor health and safety submissions against accreditation standards, accurately record evidence, communicate professionally in French and English by phone and email, perform scheduled follow-up calls, and ensure adherence to SafeContractor procedures.

Provide daily support to global subcontractors using the SafeContractor platform: answer questions by email/phone, guide completion of evaluation dossiers, maintain relationships, follow up on cases, handle complaints, collaborate with R&D on features/bug fixes, contribute to departmental KPIs, and assist team onboarding.

Coordinate SaaS client implementations by configuring the platform functionally, managing project timelines and tickets, collaborating cross-functionally, delivering user training, creating documentation, and driving process improvements to ensure successful adoption.

Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention and value capture. Serve as primary contact, drive onboarding, training, renewals and upsells, maintain CRM records, collaborate with Sales/Product/Tech to resolve escalations, and deliver account reporting and strategic recommendations.
