Narvar is growing! We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead company-wide, mission-critical initiatives that will shape the future of our business.

In this pivotal role, you will manage and deliver transformative, strategic projects spanning teams, products and regions—all aligned with Narvar’s growth objectives. You’ll be responsible for crafting detailed project plans, leveraging analytics for data-driven recommendations, operationalizing  and generating executive-level insights on initiative progress and portfolio impact.

You’ll work closely with Narvar’s leadership team and global stakeholders to drive high-visibility, high-impact programs to successful completion in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead high-impact, cross-functional strategic projects that align with company priorities.
  • Translate executive-level goals into actionable plans and ensure alignment, momentum, and measurable results.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex projects spanning various functions, products and regions.
  • Collaborate with senior functional leadership (e.g., Product, Engineering, and Sales) to develop insights, execute plans and uphold accountability.
  • Drive the execution of multi-team projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met within scope and time.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs, leveraging analytics to inform decisions and course-correct initiatives as needed.
  • Anticipate risks and develop contingency plans, using industry experience to proactively address challenges.
  • Build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate alignment and drive results.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and change management throughout strategic project portfolios.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to executive leadership on project status and impact.

Ideal Experience & Skills

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in project management, program management and/or management consulting
  • Preferred background in retail / digital commerce, management consulting
  • Demonstrable experience leading organizational change and transformation projects in SaaS, preferably with outcome-based (transactional) product experience.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and business acumen.
  • Proven capability to navigate ambiguity, influence without authority, and drive cross-team execution.
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with expertise in leveraging technology to deliver business outcomes.
  • Highly organized and collaborative; able to work with cross-functional stakeholders and multiple deliverables at any given time
  • Experience working closely with C-suite 
  • Self-motivated, curious, and rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience with SAAS, B2B required
  • Previous startup experience strongly preferred

Below is the estimated annual salary for this position and does not include the other components that make up a Narvar offer including: annual bonus, equity, and benefits.
The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across the US. Within the range, individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, skill set, education and certifications, and work location. 
Narvar Pay Range
$190,000$240,000 USD
