This Position reports to:

Director of Operations
 

Under the supervision of the Operations Director, the Production Supervisor is responsible for the daily management of manufacturing operations within their area. They play a key role in evaluating and achieving monthly delivery targets, driving continuous process improvement, and coaching production teams. They also act as a project sponsor for improvement initiatives, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Day shift only – no night shifts required.

Your Role: Own the Challenge 

  • Plan, organize, and supervise production activities to ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations.

  • Evaluate and develop monthly delivery targets for their area in collaboration with stakeholders, and ensure rigorous follow-up on their achievement.

  • Identify opportunities for process, productivity, and quality improvement.

  • Act as a sponsor for continuous improvement projects within their area (Lean, layout redesign, automation, etc.).

  • Coach, motivate, and develop members of the production team.

  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing engineering, quality, shipping, and internal sales departments.

  • Ensure effective and transparent communication within the team and with management.

What it takes to run what runs the world 

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automated Production, or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in production supervision within a technological or manufacturing environment.

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and change management skills.

  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, etc.).

  • Ability to work in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.

  • Proficiency with production management tools (ERP, MES, Excel, etc.).
