Requires bilingual French and English communication in a multidisciplinary R&D and contract engineering environment.

Provide general administrative support to the local management team and administrative staff: prepare and proofread reports and presentations, draft internal communications, book travel, cover front desk and assist during busy periods or vacations, organize meetings and events, and perform other administrative tasks.

Ensure compliance with processes and standards through audits, manage supplier evaluation and improvement, generate project quality plans, validate design documentation, and participate in non-conformance resolution within quality committees.
