At Lyft, our purpose is to serve and connect. We aim to achieve this by cultivating a work environment where all team members belong and have the opportunity to thrive.

Lyft connects people to transportation to change the way we live and get around our communities. We are a world leader in micromobility: providing the complete system that powers BIXI (in Montreal greater area), Quebec city (ÀVélo), and we operate bikeshare in New York (Citi Bike), Chicago (Divvy), San Francisco (Bay Wheels), Portland (Biketown), Boston (BlueBikes), and DC (Capital Bikeshare). Our hardware and software is used in over 45 markets internationally to power bike and scooter systems.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and passionate Product Manager to join our Montreal or Longueuil office to grow our international Enterprise business.  As the Product Manager for Enterprise Software, you will drive the development of new features on LUS’s full-stack micromobility platform. You will work on designing, implementing, and delivering features with a cross-functional software team, in close collaboration with other teams across LUS including hardware and software. You will collaborate with our commercial team to understand future opportunities, and ensure we have the right product line up for meeting our growth objectives. To support our broad existing customer base you will thrive at triaging & prioritizing customer requests by proposing the most scalable and reusable solutions. This is an opportunity for international impact, working on a fast-developing, city-transforming product with substantial corporate momentum and support.

  • Dive deep with your development team, ensuring a thorough understanding and clear communication of each decision and trade-off, while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team during the proposal stages by identifying product gaps, informing product roadmaps and making recommendations about possible trade-offs.
Experience:
  • At least 3 years of product management of a software product, with a track record of hands-on delivery of impactful features in ambiguous, complex settings with cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Experience with customer discovery and product requirement development, managing a product roadmap and developing new features for customer facing or operational needs.
  • Natural ability to make things happen around you. You manage ambiguity, complexity and interdependencies in an organized and structured way. You are able to define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
  • Ability to conceptualize, manage and prioritize multiple projects for stakeholders, from the intake to the release phase.

  • Detail oriented with superior organizational skills — balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and requests should be second nature to you
  • Strong communication skills and intuition for communication strategy at every level — within teams, within the company, to users, to press, and other audiences
  • Passion for improving people’s lives through transportation!
