Key Responsibilities•
- Architect and design intuitive, high-quality digital experiences that engage users and simplify complex workflows across multiple platforms and products.
- Lead end-to-end design efforts-from discovery and user research through wireframes, prototypes, and final UI design-ensuring solutions align with user needs and business goals.
- Apply best-practice design methodologies to create user flows, visual comps, and interactive prototypes that deliver seamless and consistent user experiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver timely, polished design artifacts and influence the direction of projects.
- Maintain design quality and scalability by managing creative assets, contributing to shared design systems, and upholding visual and interaction design standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in interaction design, graphic design, industrial design, or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree) or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience in user experience design
