Job Description

We’re looking for a Product Analyst to turn data into actionable insights that drive product strategies and inventory plans. Reporting to the Manager, Planning & Allocation, you’ll work closely with the Merchandising team to forecast demand, optimize assortments, and maximize sales.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Merchandising each season to understand strategy, market trends, and business priorities
  • Analyze trends by commodity and color, providing actionable recommendations for upcoming seasons
  • Deliver analytics to support sales forecasts and inventory plans aligned with brand objectives
  • Build comprehensive assortment plans to ensure the right product mix across all channels
  • Recommend markdowns and promotional strategies, anticipating needs based on upcoming campaigns
  • Provide post-season insights to highlight successes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

What Sets You Apart:

  • University degree in Business or an equivalent field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to apply logic and structured approaches to identify effective solutions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bilingual (French/English) required to collaborate with internal teams across Canada
