We push the boundaries of technology with expertise in machine learning, data engineering, and analytics. By partnering with us, clients future-proof their operations and stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving world.

Your Mission

As our People Operations Coordinator, you are the backbone of the Americas region's employee experience. You will manage the vital logistics of onboarding, offboarding, and localized events, ensuring every foundational step is professional, compliant, and efficient.

We are looking for a true go-getter—someone who doesn't just follow a checklist but seeks to refine it. You will work closely with the Global Director of People Operations to operate the Americas region with extreme accuracy, efficiency, and a human-centric mindset. This is an ideal role for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is genuinely passionate about delivering excellence in every task.

What You’ll Do

  • Employee Lifecycle Excellence: Manage the entire journey from offer acceptance to Day 1, including contract generation and induction. You will own the offboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for departing team members.

  • Process Improvement: Actively identify opportunities to streamline administrative workflows and improve the efficiency of our People Ops processes.

  • Meticulous Data Management: Maintain 100% accuracy in our HRIS (HiBob), acting as the reliable first point of contact for all system-related queries.

  • Supportive Payroll & Benefits: Prepare precise monthly payroll data and manage benefit enrollments/changes with a high degree of dependability.

  • Proactive Employee Support: Monitor the service desk to provide friendly, timely, and accurate answers to routine policy and benefit questions.

  • Administrative Compliance: Draft contracts and apply company handbooks with a keen eye for detail and legal compliance.

  • Logistics & Events: Take the lead on the administrative filing for visas and relocation, and support the planning of engaging localized team events.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 1+ years in an HR or administrative role where you demonstrated high-level administrative competence.

  • The "Go-Getter" Mindset: A proactive approach to tasks, a genuine desire to do a great job, and the initiative to suggest better ways of working.

  • Extreme Accuracy: A reputation for being exceptionally reliable, dependable, and precise, especially when handling sensitive legal or financial documentation.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in G Suite (Sheets and Docs). Experience with HiBob or Slack is a plus.

  • Bilingual Communication: Fluent in professional French and English to effectively communicate with our Montreal-based entity and government authorities.

  • Canadian Employment Knowledge: Basic understanding of employment laws across different Canadian provinces.

What’s in It for You?

  • Salary: $35,000–$42,000 for 24 hours per week.

  • Generous Leave: 20 days vacation, 5 Lifestyle days, and 5 Wellness days (all pro-rated for part-time).

  • Comprehensive Benefits: Individual premium 100% employer-paid health and dental insurance starting Day 1, plus a GRSP with matching contributions after probation.

  • Remote Work Support: $70/month internet/phone reimbursement, MacBook Pro, and essential home-office tech accessories.

  • Continuous Learning: $400/year learning allowance for books or reading devices, with training and development opportunities.
