ABOUT THE ROLE

At Procurify, we’re scaling fast, and we know our people are the heart of that growth. As a Senior People Business Partner, you’ll be a credible and trusted advisor to our leaders and team members, helping to scale our People function while strengthening our culture and organizational effectiveness.

This is a senior-level role for someone who thrives in growing, fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environments. You’ll play a critical role in building out career progression frameworks, supporting leadership development, and developing people strategies that align with our business goals.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior People Business Partner who is passionate about building a high-performing, growth-oriented, and people-centric organization. As Procurify continues to transform and elevate its People function, you will take on a role that is both strategic and hands-on.. You will shape future-focused programs, influence leaders at all levels, and ensure the effective execution of initiatives that enhance the employee experience and support organizational success.

In addition to strategic work, you will also roll up your sleeves on core People programs and Talent Acquisition activities, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent aligned with Procurify’s mission and values.

What you’ll be working on:

Here’s how you’ll shape the future of our people experience and business success:

  • Strategic Partnerships: Build strong, trusted partnerships with business leaders. Influence decisions and act as a strategic advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.

  • Culture & Performance: Strengthen our performance-driven culture by coaching managers on leadership practices, recognition, feedback, and accountability.

  • Career Progression & Talent Development: Design and implement career progression frameworks, leadership development programs, and succession planning initiatives to foster growth, retention, and performance.

  • People Programs: Lead and scale core People programs across performance management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

  • Direct Hiring Ownership: Lead end-to-end recruitment for key roles in partnership with leaders, ensuring we attract and retain exceptional talent aligned with our growth goals.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze People data and employee sentiment to identify trends and partner with leaders on actions that improve team effectiveness and organizational health.

  • Change Leadership: Support organizational initiatives with clear communication, resilience, and while maintaining alignment across teams.

  • Culture Champion: Embed Procurify’s CARES values into everyday people practices to drive impact and desired outcomes.

Who we’re looking for

We'd love to hear from you if you bring:

  • 5-8 years of progressive People experience, with at least 3+ years in a People Business Partner capacity. Preference is given to experience in SaaS or high-growth tech environments.

  • Experience with developing career progression frameworks, talent management and recruitment.

  • Proven ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with leaders and team members at all levels.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies with business outcomes.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and make sound, informed decisions in real time.

  • Skilled problem-solving and analysis, with the intellectual curiosity to navigate complexity and ambiguity.

  • Ability to drive consistency and cohesion across the employee experience.

  • Solid understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and data-driven decision-making.

  • A track record of supporting leaders in building a performance culture, recognizing achievement, addressing poor performance, and driving engagement.

  • Passion for building high-performing, engaged, and inclusive workplaces.

  • Base Salary Range: $72,000 - $90,000 CAD (This range is dependent on experience and not inclusive of any bonus, commission, benefits or equity that might exist in your total compensation package.)
