About The Role

Hi, I’m Chris Gardner, Head of Partnerships at Jane. I recently joined Jane to lead and evolve our Partnerships team as we scale how we connect with practitioner communities. Our team builds relationships with the people, organizations, and communities that practitioners already trust through programs like Ambassadors, Affiliates, Associations, and Education partners. Partnerships play an important role in helping more practitioners discover Jane in authentic ways, so they can spend more time caring for the people who rely on them.

We’re hiring a Partnership Growth Specialist to focus on top-of-funnel partner discovery and early relationship building. As our programs grow, the need for consistent, thoughtful partner sourcing has grown with them. Today, that work is shared across the team. This role creates the focus and structure needed to ensure we always have a strong pipeline of potential partners, while enabling the rest of the team to spend more time nurturing and expanding active relationships.

If you’re energized by discovering new communities, building thoughtful connections, and creating organized systems that help a team thrive, this could be a meaningful next step.

What Impact We're Looking for You to Make
  • Build and maintain a consistent, high-quality pipeline of potential partners across our Ambassador, Affiliate, Association, and Education programs, ensuring the team always has strong opportunities to explore.

  • Discover and surface new communities, creators, educators, and organizations that practitioners trust, approaching the work with curiosity and care.

  • Create and continuously improve an organized process for researching, tracking, and prioritizing potential partners, balancing thoughtful exploration with consistent delivery.

  • Initiate personalized outreach and lead early discovery conversations that build trust, communicate our purpose clearly, and set up program owners for long-term success.

  • Collaborate closely with the broader Partnerships team and cross-functional partners to align on priorities, share insights, and strengthen how we scale partnership discovery at Jane.

The Experience We Need
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in partnerships, community, marketing, research, or another relationship-driven role.

  • Strong research skills and natural curiosity, with the ability to identify individuals and organizations who influence practitioner audiences.

  • Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to craft thoughtful, personalized outreach.

  • High attention to detail and comfort working in CRMs, spreadsheets, or project management tools to maintain accurate tracking.

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-growing environment.

If you don’t meet every single qualification but are excited about this role, we’d still love to hear from you.

Compensation & Benefits

At Jane, we’re committed to paying fairly, clearly, and above all, paying for growth. This role has an annual salary range of $68,000 - $102,000 While that is a large range, it is intentional. It reflects the full growth journey someone might take in the role, from developing skills early on to becoming highly proficient and ultimately achieving excellence.

Most new hires join at the accomplished stage, which for this role represents an annual salary of $80, 800. A starting salary below this typically indicates a candidate with strong potential who is still developing key skills. Salaries above this usually apply to existing team members who have made a significant impact and bring deep Jane-specific knowledge.

We believe in paying for growth. You’ll have regular career development conversations with your manager, and your compensation will grow as you gain experience and contribute meaningfully to our mission.

Paying clearly is one of our compensation fundamentals. Watch this short video to learn how our salary bands are set. You’re also encouraged to ask questions about compensation at any point during the interview process.

We also offer a comprehensive benefits package. You can learn more about it here!
