What you'll do

• Collaborate closely with our leadership team and cross-functional partners to build thoughtful, impactful end-to-end product features

• Lead projects from early design through implementation, delivery, and iteration

• Help shape technical systems, internal tools, and engineering practices as the team scales

• Balance speed and quality, making pragmatic decisions while maintaining long-term maintainability

• Support and mentor teammates, contributing to a collaborative and inclusive engineering culture

What we're looking for

• Deep experience in either Frontend (JavaScript, React/React Native) or Backend (Python), with demonstrated ability to work effectively across the stack

• Experience leading projects or owning product areas end-to-end

• Strong product intuition and the ability to translate user needs into technical solutions

• Clear communicator who collaborates well across disciplines

• Interest in helping grow both systems and people on a mission-driven team
