Why this role

Cohere is deepening its partnerships with Oracle and Dell—two high-impact partners that shape how enterprises build, deploy, and scale AI. These partners sit at the intersection of cloud platforms, infrastructure, and enterprise applications, making them critical distribution and influence channels for Cohere. We need a dedicated partner marketer to turn these partnerships into repeatable, high-performing GTM engines that drive adoption, revenue, and market credibility.

In this role you will managePartner Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Own end-to-end partner marketing for Oracle and Dell, spanning product storytelling, positioning, solution messaging, and co-branded assets.

  • Develop annual and quarterly joint GTM plans in alignment with partner priorities, Cohere product launches, and sales needs.

  • Build strong working relationships with partner marketing, partnerships, product, and industry teams across both organizations.

Content, Messaging & Launch Readiness
  • Lead content for co-engineered solutions, partner platform integrations, and AI factory/on-prem deployments.

  • Develop partner-ready messaging kits, solution briefs, decks, demo narratives, and customer-facing content.

  • Manage approvals and brand governance with Oracle and Dell to ensure accuracy and speed to market.

Event, Enablement & Campaign Leadership
  • Support Events Team on Cohere’s presence at Oracle AI World, Dell Technologies World, and regional partner-led events.

  • Support planning out joint webinars, demand-gen campaigns, and industry vertical activations with partners.

  • Build and deliver partner enablement (training, talk tracks, field guides, vertical plays).

Cross-Functional & Sales Alignment
  • Partner with Product Marketing to support partner launches tied to new models, updates, and capabilities.

  • Collaborate with Partnerships, Sales, and SAs on co-sell motions, pipeline generation, and strategic customer engagements.

  • Act as the main marketing point of contact for Oracle and Dell internally.

Measurement & Reporting
  • Define KPIs for each partner and track impact across pipeline, deal velocity, partner engagement, and co-marketing performance.

  • Report quarterly outcomes and insights to GTM and partner leadership.

You may be a good fit if you have
  • 5–8+ years in partner marketing, product marketing, or ecosystem marketing in AI, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise tech.

  • Experience working with cloud platform and/or infrastructure OEM partners (Oracle, Dell, VMware, HPE, AWS, etc.).

  • Ability to translate technical concepts—AI stacks, model performance, on-prem deployments, and enterprise application integrations—into compelling narratives.

  • Strong GTM fundamentals: content creation, co-sell motions, partner enablement, event strategy, and demand-gen.

  • Experience managing high-stakes partners and navigating complex approval processes.

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach with cross-functional teams.

  • A builder mentality—you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy creating scalable playbooks, processes, and partner assets.
