Position Overview: We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to run day-to-day media buying in-platform across Google Ads and Meta Ads. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you'll deploy, optimize, and report on campaigns for a portfolio of 10–15 CPP clinics, working alongside our marketing strategy team to turn agreed plans into live, performing campaigns.


This is a hands-on execution role inside a defined system. Media strategy and budget allocation are set collaboratively. Your focus is making the campaigns work: clean builds, disciplined optimization, and clear reporting that helps clinic partners understand their performance.


This is a hybrid role, and the successful candidate is required to be in the Montreal office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta and Google for 10–15 clinics .
  • Optimize accounts against efficiency and volume targets: bids, budgets, audiences, creative rotation, and search terms.
  • Monitor pacing and delivery, and flag issues early.
  • Interpret automated performance reporting and translate it into clear insights for internal teams and clinic partners.
  • Contribute to network-wide testing: run structured tests across comparable clinics and help build learnings that scale across the portfolio.
  • Partner with the marketing strategy team and Head of Growth to translate campaign plans into in-platform execution.

 

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of agency or in-house media buying experience
  • Working knowledge of both paid social and paid search, with hands-on time in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Comfortable with performance metrics (CPA, CPL, CTR, ROAS) and able to explain what's driving them
  • Organized and detail-oriented — this role runs many accounts in parallel, so consistency matters more than flash
  • Clear communicator, comfortable presenting numbers to non-media stakeholders1–3 years of agency or media buying experience with a strong understanding of performance metrics.
