Job Description

Reporting to the Operations Director, the Operations Supervisor is responsible for customer service, maintaining relationships with various clients and suppliers, and continuously seeking new clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and serve clients visiting the office;
  • Build long-term relationships across the industry;
  • Maintain the current client list;
  • Fulfill client requests, process orders, and ensure proper invoicing to complete sales;
  • Identify and understand client needs;
  • Ensure reasonable delivery timelines in coordination with transportation teams;
  • Purchase and receive ordered products;
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging;
  • Collaborate in managing product inventory.

Qualifications

  • DEP, DEC, or Certificate in Administration or Sales;
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a good driving record;
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience;
  • Bilingualism is an asset.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills;
  • Organized with strong attention to detail;
  • Good knowledge of computer systems and the Microsoft Office environment.
