The Role At A Glance: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the Operations & Agency Services department. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, systems management, process improvement, and supporting team growth through strong operational execution.

The Coordinator will play a key role in supporting onboarding/training operations, internal systems administration, and departmental communications. You will help ensure learning resources, operational tools, and support processes remain organized, efficient, and up to date while collaborating with multiple teams across the organization.
 
Your Role In Action
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Learning & Development function by coordinating onboarding, training schedules, learning resources, and employee development initiatives.
- Administer and maintain internal systems and CRM platforms by managing users, testing new features, supporting updates, and contributing to ongoing process improvements.
- Coordinate operational support by managing shared inboxes, monitoring support requests, and ensuring inquiries are routed and resolved in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain operational documentation, presentations, SOPs, training materials, and internal communications to keep teams informed and aligned.
- Collaborate across departments to support operational projects, streamline workflows, and contribute to company-wide initiatives.
- Prepare operational reports, track key updates, and support the translation of internal resources and communications between English and French to ensure accessibility across the organization.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Operations & Agency Services team while proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and the employee experience.
 
What You’re Bringing With You
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- Internship, co-op, volunteer, or extracurricular experience in operations, administration, project coordination, or a similar environment is considered an asset.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French, with the ability to translate internal resources between both languages.
- A proactive, resourceful mindset with a willingness to learn new systems, processes, and technologies.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, with the ability to quickly learn new software and internal platforms. Experience with CRM systems is considered an asset.
- Strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative approach, and a genuine desire to support teams and improve operational efficiency.
