We are seeking an Operations Analyst intern to join our team and contribute to solving real-time operational challenges that drive our business. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Responsibilities

· Help analyze current business performance and identify areas for improvement.

· Conduct data analysis and make recommendations to improve productivity and profitability.

· Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations the Control Tower team.

· Stay updated with the stations' environment and the various challenges they might face

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

· Participate in the "War Room" initiative during peak seasons. · Adopt the 3 pillars of the Control Tower: control, plan and execute.

· The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.

Qualifications

· Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in operations, logistics, engineering or industrial engineering.

· Experience or strong interest in data analysis and understanding.

· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

· Proactive and solution-driven mindset.

· Strong written and oral communication skills · Proficient in Excel.

· Familiarity with Power BI is an asset.
