We are seeking an Operations Business Analyst Intern to support logistics process optimization and contribute to operational improvement initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in transportation systems, warehouse technologies, and data tools that drive performance across Intelcom’s logistics network.
Responsibilities
· Analyze and document logistics and transportation processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and ensure alignment with operational goals.
· Support the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs).
· Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of process and technology improvements.
· Draft business requirement documents to guide operational technology enhancements.
· Identify operational challenges and propose data-driven solutions.
· Create and maintain documentation, including process flows and user guides.
· The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.
Qualifications
· Currently in 3rd or 4th year of pursuing a bachelor's degree, or pursuing a master's degree, in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational processes.
· Eagerness to understand and optimize logistical and transportational systems.
· Strong collaboration and communication skills to convey operational insights clearly.
