We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Operations Analyst intern to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work closely with our Operation teams.
Responsibilities
Help analyze current business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct data analysis and make recommendations to improve productivity and profitability.
Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations the Control tower team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
Embody the 3 pillars of the "Control tower."
Stay updated with the stations’ environment and the various challenges they might face
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in operations and logistics engineering or industrial engineering, in progress.
Strong interest in analyzing and understanding data.
Be a team player.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
Excellent organizational skills.
Demonstrate autonomy.
Bilingual (French and English) – written and spoken.
