The Online Operations QA department is involved in the release process of all Ubisoft HD titles, in collaboration with development teams, customer service, community management teams, and the quality control department. It also provides support for public Alpha/Beta events when applicable.
Responsibilities
The main and usual duties of this position are:
Methodically verify each bug reported by our clients;
Inform production teams about bugs found by our clients;
Identify the steps required to reproduce the bugs;
Clearly describe the methods to reproduce these bugs;
Based on the client’s report, provide a clear and precise solution to resolve their issue;
Track bugs in the database;
Send reports on test results and maintain test documentation;
Perform other related tasks as required by the position.
Relevant Experience
1 to 2 years of experience as a Tester.
Experience in complementary TCR testing is an asset.
