Job Description
Do you aspire to work with top tier institutional clients on a consultative basis? As a Vice President within Network Client Consulting team, you'll engage with top-tier institutional clients, delivering market expertise and building relationships within Securities Services. Leverage your skills in client service, relationship management, and market consultation to drive success in a global organization.
As a Vice President within the Network Client Consulting team, you'll support Securities Services clients, primarily in Global Custody, but also in Collateral Management, and Prime Brokerage. You will oversee a portfolio of clients, addressing their needs for understanding market and product nuances and fulfilling their training requirements. You'll collaborate with the broader Network Management team, and other stakeholders to deliver market expertise, client training, and support for Client Service and Sales teams. Your role is crucial in ensuring effective client consultation and engagement, driving J.P. Morgan's success.
Job responsibilities:
  • Deliver market expertise and information to external and internal Securities Services clients, providing proactive consultation and building out the client relationship, as necessary
  • Collaborate within the broader Network Management team and with other stakeholders across Sales, Product, Client Service and Operations to obtain market information and identify impact of market and product changes to clients
  • Develop and deliver client training programs
  • Support Client Service and Sales teams with Network Management related questions and presentations in Request for Proposal (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs) and due diligence visits

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 7 years of experience in Financial Services or Securities Services industry
  • Excellent client service and relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
  • Ability to work across multiple teams in a global organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and proficiency in business Mandarin to interact with clients from Greater China region
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to differing audiences
  • Strong problem-solving and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel within the region 2 to 3 times a year

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Prior knowledge of Global Custody or Direct Custody.
  • Experience in Collateral Management or Prime Brokerage will be an advantage
