This role sits within IBS function and you will be part of People Services supporting the business across a range of HR activity from Hire to Retire (HTR). How you will contribute:
Annual Planning Process:
  • Support Annual Planning (salary increases and MIP) for the Area. Coordinate planning for countries of responsibility: prepare data for year-end templates, perform user acceptance testing in the compensation planning tool, build / validate communications for the Area.
  • Coordinates range setting process for the region. Supports update of the relevant tool and provide training to My Rewards team Globally
  • Coordinate all salary increases done offline (for all Area respective countries) and not included in the Global Annual Planning process (white collar compulsory / CLA driven, blue collar), providing salary change letter as appropriate.
  • Coordinate Expats related planning, with Global Mobility and Area countries.
  • Perform ad-hoc compensation-related analysis and requests including proposals for compensation package for new hires, internal moves and L2L moves. Respond to requests for salary increases when outside guidelines with rationale. Provide support or responds if a case is escalated.
  • Supports update/improvement of the Pay calculator tool and training to the relevant teams
  • Coordinates WD maintenance process/training and audit
  • Coordinates CMT data collection and consolidation for Region

Reporting
  • Global Reporting requests: Top50, SIP risk assessment. Oversees for Area and responds to these requests for the countries. Submits to Team Lead for review and final submission
  • Drives implementation of changes in Compensation or Benefits elements for the Area and countries of responsibility

Education, Skills and Scope:
  • Educated to Degree Level or equivalent is desirable

Skills & Experience:
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail is essential HR experience required, preferably in Compensation and Benefits Substantial experience with job evaluations, salary surveys, market pricing and salary range analysis, cost modeling
  • Experience/knowledge of local work councils
  • Experience leading a team within/across country borders
  • People Management and project management skills
  • Proven experience of stakeholder management (internal/external)
  • Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and interpretation skills required
  • Good judgment and influencing skills Highly numerate, proficient in Excel
  • Thinking within broadly defined policies, principles and objectives
  • Communication skills in English required
  • Additional Scandinavian and/or Finnish experience and language skills highly desirable
