Role: MQ Perl Unix Consultant
Location: Montreal, QC
Duration: Fulltime
BGV will be done for the selected candidates.
Job description:
1. MQ resource is to support the team in ensuring the day to day stability and availability of Data Warehouse and Data Transport plant running on main technologies MQ
2. Should be able to debug and fix Shell and Perl scripts.
3. Should have good knowledge in MQ
4. Production Management for MQ, and JAWs plants
5. Deep-diving into complex troubleshoots, implementing changes, and serving as an escalation point for the Level 2 teams.
6. Creating and maintaining best practices / policies and ensuring that they are followed
7. Work with External vendors and internal Project Managers to develop the execution for changes.
8. Participate in the weekly Review meetings and actively engage with various engineering teams to review the infrastructure.
9. Actively participate in the weekly Change meetings to explain their changes and answer any questions from the change board
10. Incident and Problem management
