MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the Digital Marketing Manager’s supervision, you will be responsible for the following:

Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute B2B social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and YouTube.
  • Create engaging posts, videos, and visuals that highlight new products, events, and customer success stories.
  • Monitor community engagement, respond to comments, and manage brand reputation across channels.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions.

Content Marketing

  • Plan, write, and edit content for web, email, blogs, and campaigns that speak to tradespeople, fleet managers, and distributors.
  • Collaborate with creative resources to produce multimedia content (photos, videos, infographics).
  • Support press releases, case studies, and newsletters to amplify product news and company initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external partners, influencers, and media outlets for content opportunities.

Campaign Support

  • Assist with integrated brand and lead-generation campaigns.
  • Support product launches with compelling content, messaging, visuals and press releases.
  • Other duties as assigned.



·       Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

·       Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, social media management, or content creation.

·       Excellent knowledge of social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok).

·       Strong writing and editing skills in English (French a strong asset).

·       Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights).

·       Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management platforms (Loomly).

·       Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial sectors is an asset.
