About Velixo

Velixo builds Excel-native reporting and automation with real-time, bi-directional connections to the ERPs finance teams actually run on: Sage Intacct, Acumatica, MYOB, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. More than 3,400 organizations use Velixo to eliminate the copy-paste-reconcile cycle and get straight to numbers they trust. Our users are CFOs, controllers, and FP&A teams, many of them in nonprofit and multi-entity finance, and they stay because the product respects how they already work.

We're a remote company that ships. Small team, real ownership, no layers to route decisions through.

The role

You'll own the campaign engine that turns marketing activity into pipeline. This is a hands-on, full-lifecycle role: you plan the campaign, build it in HubSpot, promote it, optimize the funnel, and report on what it actually contributed to revenue. You'll partner closely with sales and marketing leadership, and you'll have the latitude to run experiments and act on what the data tells you.

We're an AI-native marketing team, and we expect you to be too. You should already use AI daily to move faster and think sharper: drafting and iterating on campaign concepts and copy, building and debugging HubSpot workflows, analyzing performance data, and turning reporting into insight. We don't require a specific tool or platform. What matters is that you know when AI makes the work better, when to trust its output, and when to override it.

If you like owning outcomes end to end rather than handing work off at each stage, this is built for you.

What you'll do

Campaign strategy and pipeline

  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns: webinars, virtual events, guides, and thought leadership.

  • Tie every campaign to pipeline targets set with sales and marketing leadership, and drive measurable contribution.

  • Monitor and optimize funnel conversion at every stage, and turn campaign data into action plans that move deals forward.

Thought leadership

  • Partner with our domain experts to operationalize thought leadership initiatives.

  • Run these programs end to end: timelines, asset coordination, promotion, and post-campaign analysis, with consistent messaging across channels.

  • Run structured retrospectives and document what to repeat and what to drop.

Marketing automation and operations

  • Build and manage campaigns in HubSpot: landing pages, forms, workflows, segmentation, and automation.

  • Develop and send email programs (promotional, newsletter, transactional) supporting campaign and partner goals.

  • Keep the automation clean: lifecycle stages, naming conventions, and data integrity.

  • Run A/B tests to improve email, landing page, and workflow performance.

Buyer journey and conversion

  • Map and optimize customer journeys from awareness to opportunity, and design nurtures that match prospect behaviour and funnel stage.

  • Find friction in the conversion path and fix it.

  • Work with sales to sharpen lead quality, feedback loops, and handoffs.

Resource centre and assets

  • Lead the company resource centre alongside our digital marketing agency: taxonomy, gating strategy, and user flow.

  • Track asset performance and recommend improvements from engagement, SEO, and conversion data.

Collaboration and reporting

  • Support the wider team on events, partner marketing, and co-marketing with campaign infrastructure and promotional muscle.

  • Own a centralized marketing calendar that keeps initiatives aligned.

  • Report on engagement, conversion, influenced pipeline, and revenue, and present insights and recommendations to leadership.

What we're looking for

  • Strong experience in campaign management, demand generation, or marketing operations.

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot is required. (Deep experience with a comparable marketing automation platform may be considered.)

  • A track record running multi-channel campaigns from strategy through execution and optimization.

  • Comfort analyzing performance data and turning it into measurable gains in conversion and pipeline.

  • Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination.

  • Clear, disciplined writer who keeps messaging consistent.

  • Fluent using AI tools in day-to-day work: campaign design and copy, reporting and analysis, and building or accelerating automation. You can show us how AI already makes your work faster and better.

B2B SaaS or finance/ERP domain experience is a plus, not a requirement.

How we measure success

  • Marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline

  • Funnel conversion rates and buyer progression

  • Campaign ROI and revenue impact

  • Nurture program engagement and performance

  • Resource centre traffic, engagement, and conversion

Why join

  • Real ownership. You run the campaign engine, not a slice of it. Your work shows up directly in pipeline.

  • Remote, and serious about it. Work from where you do your best work. We're built around it, not tolerating it.

  • A product people don't churn from. 3,400+ customers who genuinely like the tool make marketing a lot more fun.

  • Room to experiment. Fast decisions, few layers, and the freedom to test and iterate.

Compensation is competitive and based on experience.

To apply

Send your resume and a short note on a campaign you owned end to end, what it was aiming for, and what it delivered. Tell us the numbers, and tell us how you used AI to get there.

Velixo is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants of every background and do not discriminate on any basis protected by law.
