Arc is the future of startup finance.

Join Arc as we redefine finance and banking for the innovation economy.

We're on a mission to provide founders and CFOs with a trusted banking and growth capital solution that aligns with their fast-paced needs. With thousands of VC-backed tech companies already on the Arc platform today, we're proud to offer a friendlier and unrestricted path to cash management and growth capital.

We’re looking for a Marketing Lead to join our team and own both growth and product marketing at Arc. In this role, you’ll drive strategy and execution across the entire marketing funnel - from generating demand to shaping how our products are positioned and launched. This is a rare opportunity to make a direct impact on business strategy and growth, working directly with with product, sales, and leadership to help us reach new customers, drive adoption, and communicate the value of Arc’s platform to the startup ecosystem.

You don’t need to be an expert in both growth and product marketing - but you should be excited to own both, learn quickly, and dive deep where needed.

🚀 What You'll Accomplish Here:

  • Own the Funnel: Lead strategy and execution across the full marketing funnel — from top-of-funnel awareness to bottom-of-funnel lead conversion.

  • Demand Generation: Help plan, launch, and optimize integrated campaigns (email, content, and events) that generate qualified pipeline and accelerate growth.

  • User Acquisition: Manage our digital marketing resources to help develop and test acquisition strategies to increase marketing-sourced leads and trials. Own paid and organic channel performance (LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, etc.).

  • Content Marketing: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and freelancers to produce content that drives engagement, ranks in search, and supports the customer journey.

  • Sales Enablement: Ensure marketing-generated leads are high-quality and supported with the right content, nurture programs, and enablement tools.

  • Marketing Tech Stack: Manage and optimize the use of tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and others.

  • Customer Insights & Segmentation: Deeply understand our customer personas and target segments to inform marketing strategy, product development, and content creation.

  • Product Marketing: Own product positioning and messaging for both new and existing features. Work with Product and GTM teams to shape launch plans, drive adoption, and communicate value to customers.

  • Launch Strategy: Drive go-to-market for product launches - from planning and enablement to content, campaigns, and internal comms.

🌟 What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or revenue operations (startup is a plus).

  • Substantial experience working with and supporting GTM teams (e.g. Sales, Marketing, RevOps)

  • Strong command of demand generation best practices across multiple channels (paid, organic, events, etc.)

  • Experience with product marketing, including positioning, messaging, and launching new products or features

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)

  • Highly analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, draw insights, and optimize campaign performance based on measurable outcomes

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills - able to translate complex product features into clear, compelling value propositions

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Product to align marketing efforts with broader business goals

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.

  • Ability to “wear multiple hats” as a team player in order to prioritize the dynamic business needs of a high-growth organization.

  • Strong self-management, drive and organizational skills with ownership and pride in your work and ability to juggle multiple projects.

  • Ownership mentality, bias for action, highly motivated, strong work ethic.

💥 What we bring:

  • Founding team from Notion, Stanford, LinkedIn, Affirm, Meta, Tesla, Brex, Twillio, and beyond.

  • Hybrid work w/ office in NYC and SF.

  • Funding from top VCs like Y Combinator, NFX, Bain Capital, and Left Lane.

  • Excellent benefits including unlimited PTO, paid medical, dental, vision, etc.
