We’re looking for a skilled and self-driven Marketing Designer to help shape and scale our visual identity across a wide range of applications — from digital and print to UX and campaign work. In this part-time remote role, you’ll work independently while collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver thoughtful, on-brand design solutions that drive impact across marketing, product, and internal touchpoints.
This is a contract role. Remote within Canada. The pay rate for this role will be $30-$38/hour CAD, 20 hours/week.
- Design brand-aligned assets across a variety of channels, including web, email, social, print, presentations, and product surfaces
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to concept and execute integrated creative work
- Evolve and maintain brand consistency across mediums, ensuring a cohesive visual system
- Contribute to the development of design libraries, brand guidelines, and scalable templates
- 3+ years of experience in brand or visual design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across both digital and print
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, distributed environment
- Experience working within brand systems and evolving them thoughtfully
- Clear communication and collaboration skills across remote tools and teams
- Strategic thinker who can identify opportunities to elevate brand expression through brand design
- Collaborative team player who thrives on iterative feedback
- Detail-oriented with strong focus on consistency and quality

The base pay range for this role is CA$30 – CA$38 per hour.
